See our facebook for more pictures. Kirkmere hosted our Carnival-Themed Literacy, Math and Science Night. Nearly 300 people were in attendance this evening! So many people came together to make this event a great success! Many people within the staff, and community partners came together to make this possible! Everyone went above and beyond to help, donate food, snacks, books, baskets for raffle, make balloon animals, and their time, for all of which, we are grateful!
Donations were received from many local businesses including, MochaHouse, Kaleel Bros, Kiwanis Club, Kenneth Smith, and White House Fruit Farm. We thank them for their help to create a wonderful evening for our families!
Our Administrators, So many staff members, Camp Fitch, Ms. Trella and Mrs. Whitmore, and our YSU and Kent State University Student Teachers also went above and beyond with set up, tear down, donations for the event, decorations, and staying to run stations, making cotton candy, popcorn, and more.
Thank you to YSU Project Pass Students, and Ms. Italiano, for support in working a station, and items included in our baskets!
