Welcome to Kirkmere Elementary School Home of the Junior Cowboys!  

Kirkmere Elementary is part of the Youngstown City School District family. Kirkmere Elementary serves scholars in grades Pre K-8th grade. Scholars can began to enter the building at 7:45am. Scholars are tardy after 8:00am. Scholars are dismissed by 3:15pm
